1. Please select your BIRDS BELLS with care and consideration as returns & exchanges are not accepted.
2. For items, damaged in transit, BIRDS BELLS will post a replacement. We ask our clients to email us a photo of the damaged piece within a week of receiving an order.
3. Postage Times: All domestic and international orders will be processed & posted within few days from receiving payment. We take great care to pack each order. We use recycled boxing and packing material where we can.
4. BIRDS BELLS are unique hand-made pieces, therefore each bell is slightly different in shape, size, colour, & texture and might be slightly different than pictured. Thank you for your understanding
